Very disappointing and embarrassing. Tastes beyond awful.
Received poor service from one man in particular whilst ordering my meal today. I would visually describe this man of a paler complexion with a visible beard with brown/ lighter hair. He seemed to roll his eyes at me continuously whilst I was still debating what to order. When I went back to the till to order yet again, he noticed me standing at the till and turned his back to me, leaving me waiting at the till for longer than needed. The rice is definitely not fried, tastes more like under boiled, a bit hard and tasteless. The chicken was alright, can’t say too much about it. I also got a can of soda, they gave me a warm one straight from the fridge.
Brilliant service given by the young lady Neha - she suggested me the food that I wasn’t expected to be good but I end up liking it , she was polite and kind
