Was picking up a doordash order waited several minutes then called restaurant and was told to go through the drive thru. I rang the bell and waited then called after 5 minutes they tell me to ring bell which I rang again. It took 30 minutes to receive order which will affect my ratings as a delivery driver. Never had an issue with this restaurant until today.

The Newburgh location must be fairly new. For some reason not much effort in service, wait time and more is presented at this location. No one is around to assist and after using the kiosk to order my food, went shopping and went back to get my food, I was told the owner is 15 minutes away and will be right back. I do not appreciate the introductions presentation and service in the neighborhood, I will not support what appears to be care free/ sub/par service.
