I was excited to dine at Chops - I have been reading reviews and it has been on my list for some time. We went during restaurant week. The appetizer, lamb chops were delicious but looked as if they were thrown on the plate. My husbands oysters - he said were delicious. We came for happy hour. The raw oysters were fresh, the calamari was crispy and flavorful, and the cocktails were perfectly crafted. We were waited on by a wonderful bartender and staff who were dressed well and very professional.
