Ilka was absolutely amazing! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and helped me understand my hair, what works for it, and what doesn't. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything in a way that made sense. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling confident and happy.
