Very disappointed in their customer service. Was scheduled for a haircut in advance, arrived at my scheduled time and was told I couldn’t be seen. I understand things happen, but need to have more stylists on-hand or better outreach program of notifying clients ahead of time. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Don’t go here, made an appointment for one and didn’t get any service as they helped other people who didn’t have appointments
