Buyer beware. They must’ve been doing too much Smoke Hauss product testing when they welded my front mount together because the center section was welded upside down. Ended up having to cut the mount apart and reweld it back together myself the correct way to get it to fit. Have given the company 3 weeks to respond, with no response via phone, email or text before writing this. Nonexistent customer service.
Avoid ordering from this company, will sell you untested products, have the customer pay for return shipping, and give a partial refund after, all the while not returning emails for 4 months.
do not buy from this shop. ordered in April of 23. messaged them via their website one month after my order It was told 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order. message them at 8 weeks and got the exact same reply word for word. message them countless times after that with no response or no interaction. no answers. then I messaged them late August of 23 and said I'll just take a refund and they refunded my money.
