I ordered several helmet visors. They took the money, never sent anything, and are ignoring all my attempts to contact them. Essentially, they simply stole my money.
I have ordered a few tanks from them which I thought was the 2.8 gallon tank they advertise on the web but sent me a 2.5 v-twin tank that’s false advertisement I should have known better when I tried to buy that paughco tank they advertise on the web and after waiting for about a month I called paughco and they told me the haven’t done business with them for a few years and they haven’t received a order from them so I cancelled my order but gave them another chance to do it right and they can’t even send the right tank . Went there for the first time yesterday and am very impressed with the service. Upon arriving a young man by the name of Ryan greeted me and answered all my questions with a great temperament. This business is why I prefer small business owners over big operations. Ryan went above and beyond and his passion for what he does was contagious. I will definitely be returning.
I got my 2010 Harley Fatboy serviced yesterday at Choppahead Kustom Cycles in Freetown MA. From the moment I walked into the place I knew it was the place to bring my bike. I first spoke to Ryan a mechanic on site. After a few questions and his responses I just felt he was genuine and speaking the truth. The next day I dropped my bike off at Choppahead and met one of the owners named Truth.
