I try a lot of southeast Asian food. Pho, bibimbap, ramen. This was the most disappointing of them all. The broth had no flavor …very bland. Aside from the red pepper oil and vinegar, they do not offer a special condiment to give the soup extra umami. Furthermore, there is a man that appears to work in the kitchen.
