Substitute ingredients with alternatives if you can't eat certain items. Served in recyclable bowls. Decline utensils, napkins and carry out bags unless you need them.
Wilted lettuce, every time! Makes the salad slimey and gross. The owners don't care.
When it comes to salads, they have it packed down. Very good portions and fresh.
