I would have given a 5 star if it wasn’t for the incredibly rude woman at the front desk. Treated me like I was bothering her because I wanted to check my daughter in. Constant eye rolling and would not let me finish my sentence when I was rudely asked “what the problem was” I needed to get my daughter an X-ray asap because of her on going stomach issues. She quickly said we don’t do this on weekends and handed back the script. I was told they do so I explained this. She said no we don’t very rudely with no empathy or advice... read more

Deeply disappointed with both the care and billing practices at CHOP. We had an appointment with Dr. Alexander, who didn’t examine my son’s stomach, saying he “didn’t want to upset him.” That excuse is unacceptable. My child was brought in for help, not to be ignored. HORRIBLE experience - I've been a patient of CHOP for over 10 years. I THOUGHT one of the benefits of being a CHOP patient was that you were part of the CHOP network, which makes coordination and continuation of care easy to manage. Apparently that does not apply to Endocrinology. My child's CHOP Pediatrician ordered a referral to Endocrinology. No problem - I call to make an appointment. Except I can't reach anyone - so I leave a message. No response. I call back again, and am told that CHOP doesn't have a contract with BCB... read more

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge a staff member there. My son has autism, and had an eye doctor appointment at CHOP KOP. He had never been to the eye doctor before, and can get easily overwhelmed. A man named Uriah did his eye check up, and he was great. Very patient, professional, and he was so good with my son. The appointment went a lot better than I thought it would. I want to thank Uriah for that.
