Well equipped shop, competent mechanics, in my opinion pretty fair on hours billed. So much for the good, now the not so good. John the owner has no scheduling ability what so ever. If you have the time and inclination to ride his ass every day to push your job through, you may get your bike back in a reasonable time frame. If on the other hand you count on his professionalism and business ethics in completing your bike, your screwed. Lots of potential there, a shame there isn't someone in charge who knows how to run a shop.... read more
