This place is AWESOME!!! Just bought a ground mix of 85% chuck, 15% short rib to make burgers. Came home and made the burgers and they were the best I have ever had!!! Did not even need condiments. I am not a chef, not even a cook (my burger actually fell apart while I was cooking it, to give you an idea of my [lack of] skill), so you know the deliciousness was all in the meat. Disappointing Customer Service from Management Despite Great Products I’ve always considered The Chop Shop a valuable local resource for quality meats. The butchers are knowledgeable, and the selection of fresh, well-prepared cuts has been consistently excellent in my past experiences.
