Let me start by saying this was my third visit to Chop Shop. My first experience was fantastic. The second was just okay. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on July 4th was downright disappointing. I sat down with Jose and clearly explained what I wanted, but I walked out looking like Steve Urkel—nowhere close to the cut I asked for.
