Would give 0 stars at this point if I could. Let me start by saying my family has been with this practice for 6 years and they’ve “cared” for my 4 kids. I’ve given dozens of recommendations for this practice which I now regret. They brought in a few new providers in the last 2 years and since then it’s been crap. This year specifically was truly just terrible. Every last NP there is awful, they can’t detect something as simple as an ear infection or pink eye. We recently moved to the area so booked our newborn visit at this location. When we got there, we waited with our 2 DAY OLD in the lobby with sick kids around for 20+ minutes before I had to go to desk to tell them we were either leaving or needed to be put into a room. They took us back into a room and we waited for another 30 minutes before seeing doctor. The doctor went on to say how many sick kids she saw today and came in without a mask on.
