As a member of the greater Children's Hospital of Philadelphia network, this place has been great. The staff is always friendly, kind, patient and compassionate. Even under pressure, they remain courteous. Sometimes, their clients aren't in a good mental state, and it's during those times that their professional demeanor really shines.
The office is always willing to accommodate us on an urgent need. They are very caring and always follow up with anything that is needed.
Up until last month I would have given this practice 5 stars. Unfortunately, my daughter's last sick visit was with a different doctor than her usual and she was misdiagnosed, leading to an expensive er visit and cystitis in her bladder. Please do not see Dr. Gaikwad if you visit this office. My daughter presented with severe uti symptoms and had blood and high protein levels in her urine. I have being going to this office for 8 years . Today doctors alfandre was extremely rude and dismissive towards my son she was rough ! My son is 4! He was talking to her and said “can I tell you something “ she said NO. He is used to getting a book when he goes to the doctors and asked about a pigeon book she said there one out front but you can’t have it ! She is in pediatrician the behavior is unacceptable unprofessional and rude ! Like I said 8 years and never had a bad experience tonight was disappointing.
Marcia (Marcy) in the office has a lot to learn about speaking to parents. She is rude and disrespectful. Her behavior should not be tolerated. We will be leaving this practice after 18 years. Dr. Alfandre should also get up with the times when 19 year olds are advocating for themselves and asking for a simple letter on their behalf. It’s not that difficult, but she’s also stubborn and set in her ways. Unbelievable behavior all around. Such a shame! Do better for kids!!!!!!
