While we have had good experiences here, all of a sudden they are making us go down town for the exact same treatment and telling us some bull crap about needing a whole gi team which 8s a load of crap. Now because I need to work I cant be there to advocate for my child when i need to be. I'm very disappointed in a institution that is supposed to be for the child and the family.
CHOP KING OF PRUSSIA IS SPECTACULAR! They have such pleasant personalities, everyone is so kind. My son was admitted, and Shawn, the food server, was soo helpful. He would go out of his way to accommodate our needs. The staff also were very accommodating. This is a great hospital. Don't change! Your all great!
Got there at 9:00am didn’t go in the back tell 1:00am they staff in the emergency was letting people ahead of my daughter that wasn’t keeping nothing down and had a fever of 104 kept throwing up in the waiting room one nurse came Out walked right back my daughter who was throwing up and was giving another child medicine my husband asked the nurse can you give my daughter something tell we get in the back the nurse said okay she comes back and give my daughter Motrin when we finally got in the back the doctor wanted to know w... read more
This is probably the coolest hospital I have ever been in. They were great with my son and imaging was scheduled quick and easy, we got in same day and he wasn't completely traumatized after an MRI. Actually he was quite comfortable. Thank you yo the staff and doctors.
Extremely child friendly on every level! Would highly recommend to anyone with children in need of medical attention..
