My son has been getting his hair cut by Sayne for a couple years now and I needed a new barber. Sat down in the chair, talked about what I wanted and how he could make that happen. Sayne hooked up a tight fade, clean lines and made my beard look good too. Great local kid that has incredible attention to detail, and great customer service. Worth the cost and the well earned tip. I'll be back to see him again.
Avoid Justin - mediocre barber. Could use better more training.
I’ve been coming to Chop It Up for over 15 years, and it’s always been my go‑to. Since moving near the Kirkland location, though, my experience hasn’t been the same. I really enjoyed my initial cuts with Rome — he’s incredibly skilled and a genuinely good guy — but out of the 15 appointments I’ve booked, about half have involved him being 10–20 minutes late, asking to reschedule the same day, or missing 10am morning appointments entirely.
