If I could give 0 stars I would. Late june of 2025 I brought my 16 month old in due to an unexplained black eye after his pediatrician told me to. They held him down screaming bloody murder with no breaks for a full body xray to rule out a fracture (child abuse). After I got cleared by the child abuse specialist and had NO EXPLANATION of his black eye we were sent home and told to follow up with the pediatrician that Friday. Waited for hours to be seen even though waiting room was empty. Nurses were nice. Numbing gel and three stitches (done incorrectly and had to be repaired by general surgeon family member) and they charged us $1,472. RUN FAR AWAY.
If I could give zero stars, I would I brought my ONE YEAR OLD in for a high fever, barely eating/drinking, possible dehydration, seemed to be labor breathing, and genuinely not acting like herself as well as not sleeping. It was also 10:00 pm when she was at her all time worst, so no urgent cares were open. I showed up at the ER around 1030, was triaged, but I was sent to waiting room where I was not taken back until about 1:00 AM.
