My experience with Lisa is the worst I’ve ever had. She added blonde highlights to my grayish brassy hair. First of all she has you put the foil on the hair dye board (which I’ve never seen anyone use) the whole time and hand to her omg! Trimmed my hair. When I got home my husband said I thought you were getting your hair done, all my friends couldn’t tell either.
