Ridiculous organization. We called last week to make appointments and even received confirmation by phone. When we were almost there, we called again, and they claimed we never made any appointment. Ryan tried to help by offering another time, but honestly, I made the appointment because that was the only time I was available. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t honor it? Very unorganized and poor service.
Have been going here every time I need a hair cut for the past year or so and I won’t go anywhere else. Always great service and hair cut exactly how I like it.
Had an awesome cut done for my elderly father & son by Ashley. She took her time and was patient with my son’s behavior.
