Staff was really nice, gave us a partial tour of the other rooms and services which were not in use. We enjoyed the private room for the infrared sauna and cold plunge, although very small…barely enough room for us both to dress and undress. My only complaint is that the sauna although it read 146 degrees was barely hot enough to draw a sweat from either myself or my husband. We have one at home that goes up to 120 degrees, and we are both sweating after 15 mins, so it is not accurate. I’d be interested in trying other servi... read more
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Everyone was friendly, the place is calming and it was so simple to make an appointment… I did the infrared song with the cold plunge and will absolutely be back

What a gem this place is in Juno Beach. Love the feel, atmosphere, cleanliness and organization is on point. Lizzy runs a very smooth operation and makes each visit a phenomenal stress-free experience. Grateful to visit when I’m in town to unwind! Highly recommended.
