This place is a little slice of heaven. Lou, Alisha, Lizzy, Cole, Franz - you guys are awesome! It’s so great knowing I can always come here for a reprieve. It truly has become my own sanctuary. It’s the first place I ever did sensory deprivation at, and I’m grateful that was the case - well maybe - because now every other place won’t compare lol Really though, they’re not pods like other places; they’re like a tub or a jacuzzi so there’s no worry for those with claustrophobia. This place was really amazing. The cold plunge was cold and the suana hot. The staff was extremely nice and I got to meet the owner Lou. I loved that we spoke about God and Christ. The energy there is very peaceful and loving. I am 100% going again
Always clean and peaceful
Such a beautiful space, with soo many different modalities of healing. The cold plunge sauna was so perfect. 🤩 10/10 would recommend and will be going back to try the float tanks and other rooms available
