Found this place online and all I can say is it was absolutely worth the drive! The space was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I decided to try the salt float bath due to some back pain and stiffness, and it exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. They also offer a great variety of services for both skin and body, which is a huge plus. I will definitely be booking another appointment and coming back!

This place was AMAZING! I attended the fire and ice experience for free after I won a raffle with them at the Loggerhead Turtlefest, and the experience was amazing! It was private, individual, and so relaxing and soothing. The cold plunge is hard but it melts away at your body when you enter the sauna after. The attendants are so nice and friendly; theres stuff for everyone there! Also they gave me such a nice little cup after :)
Amazing place amazing people I’ll be back real soon. That cold plunge is super cold i can still feel it but it’s worth it.
