Be very wary! Called for what I thought was LG fridge factory repair since my compressor was still under warranty. The repairman (Bret) confirmed it was still under warranty, but charged a flat rate labor of $985. I asked how long he would need, and he stated 45 minutes...that "he's one in a million out there" and "no one else can do what he does." I said that's a high rate for less than an hour of work. We made an appointment to have our refrigerator fixed. (We did not get to choose our time - it was when they were in the area). He arrived 45 minutes after we were told he was in the way and would be there in less than 20 minutes. He didn't even stay long enough to find out what was wrong. He just said well it could be this or it could be that. Then charged us $107. I would never use them or recommend to anyone.

My water dispenser on my refrigerator was spaying as the water came out, otherwise worked fine…including the ice dispenser. CYT came out to repair and now nothing works. And they want to charge me over $500 it fix. I wish I never called, at least then I would still have an ice maker.

Choose Your Time Appliance was most helpful in scheduleing for an repairman to arrive on same day to look at problem. The repairman was very professional. Found problem fixed problem. And gave customer coupon. Thanks.
