I was a hair's breath away from allowing a surgeon to place a metal support in my back until I met Yvonne. I was walking bent over and with a cane. After the first visit I stopped using the cane and every time I see her I get better. I trust her and believe that she understands how my body functions better than any doctor ever has. I cannot thank her enough. If you hurt, go see her.
I was referred to CHOOSE PT by a friend to try their mechanical traction for low back pain caused by herniated discs I suffered in a car accident 6 years ago. Prior to seeking treatment at CHOOSE, I was unable to lift weights or do strenuous work without risking flare ups and serious pain. Yvonne was terrific! I worked with her over 3 months and improved my mobility, strength and balance. I am 83 and now able to play golf again, after a 20 year hiatus, twice a week. She takes a personal interest and doesn’t pass me off to some trainee which has happened several times in the past. I highly recommend her if you want positive results.

Patrick was my physical therapist, and his background working with a Major League Baseball team really showed—his expertise was top-notch. Amy , the owner of CHOOSE PHYSICAL THERAPY and ALL the therapists that work there are highly qualified and make sure each patient’s care is individualized and the best plan of care is given for every patient. I had a shoulder injury and post surgery have been treated with the best manual therapy , given proper exercises AND I’ve experienced DRY NEEDLING for the first time .
