Paul, the therapist has worked really hard to resolve my issues of a very contracted scapular and neck muscles. He has been excellent. It has taken awhile but I am making progress. The auxiliary staff who assist are so pleasant and helpful. One therapist to one patient unlike many companies that make therapist work on two patients at the same visit. I highly recommend!

I wish to commend and recommend the therapists, aides and office staff at C.H.O.O.S.E. Physical Therapy. In particular, my wife and I have been treated by Martin Daszykowski and Tracy McGowan for various back, heel and neck issues and have experienced very positive results. All the fine therapists there are dedicated, well trained, competent, knowledgeable and personable. Tracy McGowen is the most skilled Physical Therapist I have ever worked with! She is supportive and encouraging, as well as able to explain why the exercise she is recommending will be helpful!! She has helped me with SI joint recovery after surgery. Thank You Tracy!!
