I had a total reverse shoulder arthroplasty this past February. I started physical therapy twice per week with Martin in mid April. We have progressed from stretching exercises to strength training over the past 12 weeks. Martin, and the staff of folks supporting him at CHOOSE have been fantastic. Complaint: Billing Dispute and Office Handling Concerns Care quality itself was excellent. The physical therapist who treated my husband was knowledgeable, professional, and provided outstanding care. Our concerns relate solely to the office's billing administration and handling of a billing dispute. The issue involved whether CarePlus Medicare Advantage information was provided during my husband's January 5, 2026 visit, the first visit of the new year and the first visit for which his new CarePlus plan would have applied. This place has taken me from having no posture muscles and not able to do the most basic exercises without having intense neck and head pain along with double vision. Now I can do more basic exercises and can tell I’ve developed muscles I’ve never had before. In tandem with Mayer Chiropractic I’ve recovered from Hydrocephalus and am back to work! Amy and Mariam at CHOOSE helped majorly in a successful recovery and there is nothing better than that.

C.H.O.O.S.E is the best physical therapy practice I have ever gone to! The staff are all friendly and helpful. My physical therapist, Yvonne, was excellent. She stayed with me through every session to ensure I was completing each exercise correctly and that I maintained my form. She helped me strengthen my body before my back surgery and guided me through my recovery. She challenged me each session, but I never felt pushed to do more than my body was ready for. Thank you Yvonne!

Mariam Rodriquez is awesome. She helped with my shoulder injury I am now pain free. She was very good at explaining how the different exercise worked. She was always very pleasant. The rest of the staff were all friendly and made you feel comfortable there
