C.H.O.O.S.E Physical Therapy is a stellar business! All of their physical therapists have advanced training. They offer hands on therapy one on one, and are extremely competent. Dr. Martin recently treated my neck and back and I am extremely pleased with results. I would highly recommend this practice!
