CHOOSE is a great place for PT. You see the same person for each appointment. Yvonne is my physical therapist. She is smart, kind, funny, capable and extremely knowledgeable. I can't thank her enough. She has helped me so much, although everyone there is really nice.
CHOOSE has restored my trust in Physical therapy. 3 years ago I fractured my ankle, talus and heel. I had 4 falls and have been in a boot the last 11 months. This is the only hands on PT I have found. My left foot is starting to get better, I never thought it would be restored so quickly. From massage, ultrasound and lazer treatments my foot is getting healed. Thank you Martin, Evone and TEAM!
I have received care over the years from multiple physical therapists and none can compare with Yvonne Schloegl of C.H.O.O.S.E Physical Therapy. Her analysis and treatment of my right iliac crest pain resulted in speedy resolution of the severe pain I had been experiencing. Yvonne also taught me stretches and exercises I could do at home to further assist in my healing process. At completion of therapy, I was back to doing my daily gym workouts and three-mile walks.
I was a hair's breath away from allowing a surgeon to place a metal support in my back until I met Yvonne. I was walking bent over and with a cane. After the first visit I stopped using the cane and every time I see her I get better. I trust her and believe that she understands how my body functions better than any doctor ever has. I cannot thank her enough. If you hurt, go see her.
I was referred to CHOOSE PT by a friend to try their mechanical traction for low back pain caused by herniated discs I suffered in a car accident 6 years ago. Prior to seeking treatment at CHOOSE, I was unable to lift weights or do strenuous work without risking flare ups and serious pain. My initial appointment was with Martin and I had just experienced a flare up that morning.
