We have been enjoying Choose Fit Meals for a couple years here and there and finally started a subscription to make daily routines just a bit easier. My husband and I split 10 meals/week and this is the best decision we have made. A little makes a big difference and not worrying about what I'm going to eat for lunch and sometimes dinner makes such a big difference especially when trying to increase daily protein intake.
