Best for Commercial/Business/Building Insurance – I have my own business that I operate out of my own building. So I have two separate policies out with this brokerage. The coverage terms are much broader and better than my old policy and hundreds of dollars less. I don't really know how he (Mr. Lee) did it, but he ended up saving me almost $500 between my building insurance and my business insurance. Poor Service, high rates. – In fairness to yourself, try several different agencies before going this this insurance broker. The rates are really high and the service is lacking. Trying to find a person who can understand you when you are trying to communicate with them regarding policy matters leaves you with only more questions that you are left to answer on your own. I would rate this company a 2 out of 10. ( not recommended)
Welp...if you qualify for Tri State Consumer Auto use Tristate. I switched from the insurers offered by Lee's as soon as I could. My annual premium went from 3,200 a year down to $968 a year. Only use these guys if you are desperate to get auto insurance, otherwise Tristate is the best value. No offense to these guys who try but they can't beat the value of tristate.
