DL The food is healthy and tasty. Prices are a little high. We liked the chow mein, fried rice and lemon chicken. There is descent parking. Easy to find.
Tasty The food is tasty and served in good portions. A single combo meal can go for a couple of meals, or to share with someone else. I've enjoyed eating there many times with my family, and the staff is very nice.
I love Chong's cafe because they deliver and it's great food. Sometimes, when my parents are eating a food I don't like, I call chong's and they get it here speedy quick. I especially love their veggie Chow mein and the orange chicken. The only improvement they could make would be to get small cups, because now they only have medium and large for drink orders.
Very annonying order process – I've ordered take-out from Chong's several times and all of a sudden they have no record of me on file, require an account to be created and want a credit card on file to place an order for pick-up. It took 15 minutes to place my order for a 30 minute wait and several "can you holds." How annoying. It will make me think twice about ordering again.

Poor Customer Service, Mediocre Food – I've been here a few times because it's so close to where I work. The food is forgetful, $1 scoop Chinese priced at a premium because of its location? (I can only guess). I found the soup to the be the best value, while still being edible, the problem is that it takes them nearly 20 minutes to make it. On one occasion it took them nearly 40 minutes because apparently someone added shrimp to it by accident. internet menu and integrity – Have been to Chong's a few times however decided to order for delivery from internet menu. After placing the order the price quoted was ~$5 more than the menu. After commenting the clerk said the online menu was incorrect, he spoke with the manager and returned indicated they would not honor that price. $5 is not a big deal however business integrity is, suffice to say I will not be doing business with them again.
Oily and bland – I only went there once and order the kung pao chicken, when I got it is had no flavor and was very very oily. The peanuts were dry roasted and sprinkled on top instead of being cooked with the dish.
