I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jin for over three years, and he has consistently provided excellent care. It’s unfortunate that the front desk experience this year has been the complete opposite. After calling for over a month without any response, I was finally scheduled only to be told upon arrival that my insurance (unchanged for years) is now somehow “ineligible.” Instead of resolving the issue or even attempting to clarify it, I was simply told to handle it myself and sent on my way. Dr. Jin is an excellent family doctor. He is very kind, patient, and professional. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything clearly. I feel very comfortable and well cared for under his care. Highly recommended!
Dr. Jin is an amazing doctor. Really listens to you and takes the time to understand your issues. Staff is also very kind.
Dr.Jin is an excellent doctor. He is thoughtful, caring and willing to listen! He is extremely knowledgable and takes time to answer my questions. His office staff is also very kind and excellent with answering phone calls, getting prior authorizations and scheduling appointments which is rare these days!
