Dr. Yun is great, but since the office changed locations, the overall experience has been really frustrating. A big part of patient care is the staff and communication, and unfortunately that side has been lacking. I’ve experienced delayed results and repeated miscommunication, which makes the process much more stressful than it should be. A great doctor matters, but the office experience matters too.
Dr Yun, And her staff is always professional and address any concerns that I have regarding My physical health. Dr Yun, my church and family make it possible for me to continue to Live in Texas. But when my granddaughter Turn 12 years old I am learning this place Unless God has other plans for me being here. I know God has a sense of humor. I am extremely grateful for Dr Yun and pray God continue to bless her and her staff.
She is the best doctor I have ever had and I'm 61 years old. She listens, she advocates, she's patient and comes with well rounded care from pharmaceuticals to holistic.
Dr Yun and her staff of nurses are incredibly helpful and supportive.
The doctor is great from what I’ve experienced, but the front desk and people answering the phone have no customer service skills.
