Excellent doctor care every visit. Does not hurry the patients. Very very thorough and caring. We have been very happy here and we are picky and visit frequently. We give Dr. Chong our highest recommendation.
If it wasn't because I like their extended hours I would have switched doctors. Always left on hold for over 8 minutes and most of the time it's to change an appointment or check on my appt. They don't even get on the line to tell you give them a few more moments its just a complete dead silence for 8+ minutes. Front desk secretary is always nonchalant about helping. Need NEW FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, IF YOU DONT LIKE YOU JOB DONT WORK THERE!!!!
