I have been attending for over a year and really enjoy it. The instructors are very knowledgeable and my classmates are good people. Always wanted to learn martial arts and at 55 years old I found the right class!
I found the self-defense class for women very informative. I learned some great tactics should I ever find myself in certain situations. The instructor made the class fun but also took it seriously and explained moves and reasons for these moves. The atmosphere offered a great space to practice.
