They have low stars and bad reviews for a reason... Low income housing, low quality leasing staff that treats everyone like their low life's..
Update: I like to respond to some of the negative reviews. Please note these were years ago . Now, the staff is awesome, always helpful. Please note the office hours. I never have had a problem getting ahold of them. Maintance is on top of everything. We only needed them once, but they were here so fast. There is a wait list. We have really nice neighbors. Cholla Ranch Apartments are nice. Quiet. Has washer and dryer hook ups. Close to shopping, groceries, restraunts, gas, post office, senior center, Tire Dawg, and more. Dogs are welcome under a certain pound, and has a fee. Dog park a mile away.
I love the staff in office ,They always friendly and helpful ..
