My friend and I had a very poor experience when we attempted to get neck & shoulder massages here. The staff did not seem inviting at all. It’s very surprising to see so many positive reviews. However, we did notice that the most recent review mentioned “The old lady was very rude.” The staff member that was very rude to us didn’t appear to be old but was very overweight.
