This is a great program! Rick really cares about his clients! I would highly recommend this program for anyone. This is basically an anger management / communication course. When I first started, I didn't think I had a problem; man was I wrong! My life is so much better now. Learning how to express myself effectively has really helped me in my relationship with my girlfriend. I read another review that stated that Rick was only in it for the money.
