I cannot recommend Chandra at Choices enough. I was at a major crossroads in my life, and decided to try hypnosis as a last resort. I believe it worked for me for 3 reasons. 1) I believed in the science that backed its effectiveness; 2) I was ready to be 100% honest and dig deep into what my issues were; 3) I was willing to change directions, if a "root trauma" came up during the sessions that was different than the original reason I came in. I love having a place that I can go for an hour, let my feelings out and then pay a reasonable rate. Like you know, a Feeling$ H00k3r.

I have had the best experiences with Chandra at Choices.She has helped me thru so much over the years and i will continue to see her as long as i can. She has been my best counselor and therapist thru so many of my trials and experiences !! Chandra has worked so hard to make me realize its ok to be me !!! Its ok to be sad when i need to be and walked me thru alot of pain i have had in my life !! i appreciate all her help she has given me !! Thank You Chandra !!!

Choices Counseling's Chandra has helped me immeasurably to navigate life with bipolar disorder.
