The short curly haired whited lady and the North Muskegon location is the reason I will be pulling my accounts. She is super rude and acted like I was trash. I will never recommend this bank. I wish it wouldn't give this 1 star.
No local branch numbers are listed. So you call and get put on hold for 15 minutes.
What a joke this bank is. Have had nothing but problems since day one. Always making up their own rules, and picking and choosing who they treat and how they treat them. Had a direct deposit, had talked to customer service representative previously and they told me as soon as it was deposited the money would be available. Nope not with the rude lady at the drive up window. She says it won't be available till tomorrow.
