I found Nermina three years ago when I was a Travel OT. Even though I'm a full-time employee now, I still do my taxes with her. Since day one, she's been super quick and efficient with my taxes and always answers my questions when I have them. I highly recommend her services.
I wish my experience was better. Didn’t feel 100% confident and comfortable in my return so I filed with someone else. Still had to pay although I didn’t view the details of the return. Requested a refund but have not received a response. The questionnaire I believe needs a personal follow up to make sure all was covered and nothing was missed.
