I have been with Nermina for the last 3 years and she has always been prompt with her responses and very helpful when I have questions. I’m a travel RN and the taxes can get tricky, but she takes the time to explain and answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend her!
I reached out to nermina in early 2024 to be prepared for the 2025 tax year. She said she would call several times and never did. I followed up by phone again to finally be sent instructions to a portal . Having passed the deadline and she completely forgot she even was working with me she filed an extension.
