Choice Title is a great choice, no pun intended, when it comes to hiring a title company for your transaction. SBA made the process almost unbearable. They just kept sending the same wrong document over and over again. Choice kept plugging along, and we finally got closure today! What a relief! Choice Title let the seller come into my closing appointment, which he was not supposed to be at. Choice Title then let the seller kick them out of their office. The seller then threatened me into paying more, or he would hold up closing. The seller then went on about how he would sue everyone if he didn't get his way. I gave in so that I could close that day but was very disappointed in Choice Title for letting themselves lose control of their buisness and ruin my first home buying experience.
From the day I sent the accepted contract to Choice title to closing day, all went well.
