Choice Title let the seller come into my closing appointment, which he was not supposed to be at. Choice Title then let the seller kick them out of their office. The seller then threatened me into paying more, or he would hold up closing. The seller then went on about how he would sue everyone if he didn't get his way. I gave in so that I could close that day but was very disappointed in Choice Title for letting themselves lose control of their buisness and ruin my first home buying experience.
From the day I sent the accepted contract to Choice title to closing day, all went well.
I have done many closing with Choice Title, very knowledgeable and professional of all aspects of getting me to all my closing. I highly recommend Choice Title and there team for all your closing needs.
