I had a very unfortunate experience with this contactor. I called him on Friday the 6th and he came over on Saturtday the 7th. I have 2 large holes in my floor because I need subfloor repair. While he was here we found out the partical board was wet so there was a leak. He did not check for the leaks and he said the only way to find out how much to repair the leaks would be " after he ripped up the floor" even though I did not like the answer I accepted it. Awesome employee’s, very helpful and patient. My manufactured home needed some repair and they did a very good job. They did a seal job on the roof plus they replace my front door. Price was very good too. Enjoyed working with them, will use again.
