Don’t stand behind their work. Stopped returning calls after they initially said they would make it right. Had a slow leak dripping into my attic that wasn’t readily apparent until we had steady back to back to back rains. I finally had to call a different roofing company to come out and repair what Choice installed wrong.
They came to me at first in the winter of 2022 to contact insurance and get my siding and roofing replaced. It ended up taking a year and a half to have some of the work done after countless delays. The only thing they were quick to communicate on was getting the insurance money from me. I may have to contact an attorney as they still have not completely finished the job two years later. Look elsewhere.

Nonexistent customer service. I’ve called 8 times over 2m only to get an answering service who must be a 3rd party. They take a message and even “escalate”. Nobody has called me back. Oh, and the answering service doesn’t know the company address. Absolutely ridiculous. Like the other complaint, guess my next step is the courthouse.
I installed windows for this company one month ago and I had really bad experience with them because they didn’t pay me all my money like they were suppose to.
