I would not usually write a review as that is not my thing, however, seeing the recent review on Google, I feel like I need to say something. Tori is very pleasant every time I speak to her. I have run out of gas in the past, and I did have to pay the emergency delivery fee. It was my own fault, and I understand why the fees are in place. Lady who answers phones is extremely rude get a new job if you don’t like talking to customers. Charging 200$ for and emergency is ridiculous

I moved to the U.P. in 2018 and after pricing options out, Choice Propane was by far the cheapest. I was a customer until only recently do only to the availability of NG in my area. The office staff, drivers and owner are all top notch. I never had a problem or bad experience. Propane was delivered as promised. The rare times I needed an off the schedule fill, Choice was there within a few days. Propane users need to take responsibility for their own system and usage as well. Lady on phone is always very rude! Not a nice person to deal with and would take business elsewhere based on customer service.

During the winter they are fairly good with refills. During the summer the are bad. My husband called last Monday for a refill this is Friday and still nothing. This is a holiday weekend and still nothing. So I'm hoping Tuesday they will be able to drive a mile to refill one of their tanks.
