Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t have a chance to access services but I did attempt to book a consult online - with no luck. After reaching out directly, they indicated their website wasn’t up to date and several therapists were either away or had quit. Totally fine - things happen. I booked a free consult with Abbey but she never showed up after 15 minutes as I guess she’s in Mexico? As someone with profound anxiety and depression, Choice Point just exacerbated it.

I have been in and out of therapy since i was 13 and tried to explain myself all the time with almost never feeling completed or better. I have almost always find a way to survive but that does not mean i was not struggling. I started my therapy sessions with Pinar and i realize my brain is functioning differently and may be i am neurodivergent.
