I would not recommend this place. Choice Point Psychology has been a very disappointing experience. The booking and cancellation process was not transparent, and I was charged the full amount for an appointment even though I cancelled within the timeframe indicated by their online system. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t have a chance to access services but I did attempt to book a consult online - with no luck. After reaching out directly, they indicated their website wasn’t up to date and several therapists were either away or had quit. Totally fine - things happen. I booked a free consult with Abbey but she never showed up after 15 minutes as I guess she’s in Mexico? As someone with profound anxiety and depression, Choice Point just exacerbated it.
