The visit was timely, office friendly and Drs. are very professional and yet they make you feel at it important and they are very warm and friendly. So pleased I found Choice Physicians.

Such caring ladies work here!!! This review is for the wig bank . The ladies are angels and took the best of care with my girlfriend. Thank you for taking the one on one time with her .

If customer service is important to you.... Beware!! Office “manager” Rosa hung the phone up in my ear!!!!! Instead of rescheduling my appointment, as I have confirmed FLU/ Influenza A!!!!! Threatening with $50 fee, refused to reschedule, and then slammed phone in my ear saying “ I’m not having this conversation “ Guess they would rather infect all their other patients than reschedule me!!! Patients beware! Find an office that cares for their patients well being!!! Did I mention, I’m an ER nurse.... that’s for the profession... read more

While a great experience the first time, I get a feeling this doctor does not care about his patients and his front office staff does not give correct information. They don't inform you of the upfront cost even after asking, and then you get surprised with a bill. Oh and the doctor does not make phone calls to patients according to the front office manager, and if you want to talk to him you have to pay the consult fee even if it is to ask one question. Other than that he will refuse to see you as the Office Manager told me.... read more
