RecommendedFirst off I want to say that I have had Multiple Sclerosis for 15 years and have had PT and massages over the years.....I have to say Olivia is a fabulous Physical Therapist and has helped me in a lot of ways! When I learned they had a male massage therapist there I wasn't sure if I would be comfortable, but eventually made my 1st 30 minute session which was wonderful, had some relief of pain so I decided to do an hour with Samson and after that hour I became 95% pain free within a couple days which lasted about 4 to 5 weeks... read more

Well I have had both knee's done 17 months apart. I did my Therapy with Choices and I have to Thank Olivia for getting me up and running. It wasn't a cake walk but she knew what it would take to return me to a normal life style and work. All the staff were great and I Thank You for all you do !!!!

I have the best therapist, he tries to figure out ways to help me and where I was before my back issues started and we are working to get me back to that point! He is very patient if one thing doesn’t work well he tries another! Everyone is very friendly and helpful!!
best physical therapists ever. I could barely walk or stand for any length of time without pain. Felt so much better after the first visit. Special thanks to Dan and Will. The office staff are so nice and friendly. I highly recommend them!
It was excellent.! It was not choice when I needed help but the staff the same. I’m walking today because of their desire to help me get to that point, and always was excited about my progress each time I had therapy. Thank you guys so much!
Wonderful people from the front desk to the therapist.
I've worked with several of the PTs and one of the PTAs with good results. Samson Oakley, the massage therapist, is fantastic. Tonya and Cathy make a strong front door staff. It's a pleasure to deal with this staff. I recommend Choice Physical Therapy & Wellness all the time.
