I started at Metro around October to help me work on my plantar fasciitis (bone spurs in your foot). Hunter my was PT and he was excellent. He taught me strength and balance techniques which helped to reduce the pain and inflammation. I am astonished how quickly my pain decreased. After three months I was able to run on a treadmill again. I’m going to continue to do the exercises that I can at home and take care of my feet. Definitely consider going here if you need PT

Erin Reynolds is the by far the best therapist I have gone too. She has helped me tremendously with my back and hip issues with her expertise and knowledge. I am so fortunate for Erin to cure me from my pain with her brilliant exercises and her deep massages. She truly cares about her patients so kind, smart and caring . She deserves a Million Stars!!!!!! Erin deserves to be recognized for her dedication and commitment she always gives 100% !!!!
