We had our building's exterminator come twice, but unfortunately I don't think they provide a quality service. Finally a friend recommended this service and after speaking with our landlord, they graciously agreed to cover the cost of having our apartment serviced. Halle-lu! I called them on Monday morning around 10:30am and was told someone could come at 12pm, but they actually arrived a little earlier at 11:40am - awesome!
