I reached out and from the first response, I felt like ***** did not want to work with me. After a few days I received a call from my tenants saying that they almost called the cops on her because she scared them so much. <p>The property owner hired Choice One Property Management to do a tenant placement only. After being told the unit was ready to rent, we attempted three different times to enter for pictures. Unfortunately, the unit was not clean and not "rent ready" enough for us to show and find a qualified tenant. For this reason, I told the owner that we would not be able to help her find a tenant.
