After waiting 5 full hours for the technician to show up I text the owner and told him to tell his technician not to show up. At 4 hours into the long wait, the technician called and gave me the old worn out “flat tire” excuse and said he be at my place in about 45 minutes. He just showed up an additional 35 minutes after the 45 minutes was up. I left home after 5 hours of waiting because the last thing I wanted was a tired technician replacing my windshield in a hurry.
