I sold 9 investment properties and settlement went fine. However, trying to get them to release the sewer holdback was difficult. I called and emailed for 6 weeks. I was told twice that 2 different checks werre sent out but I didn't receive either. Follow up emails from me were ignored. I finally had to reach out to my realtor for assistance before contacting the PA Insurance Department. I received the check within 2 days. I've dealt with title companies for 45 years and never had any issues. Very poor experience.

I bought/sold six houses and never worked with a title co. as efficient as Choice One Abstract. Harry was great to work with! He is organized, thorough and efficient. On top of that, he is patient (how often does one exhibit those behaviors at the same time - highly efficient and patient - ???). Harry did exactly what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Impressed!
