Couldn't more highly recommend!
I am very disappointed with the reception I received today when I called at 9:00 AM. The staff was quite rude and seemed solely focused on money, rather than offering help or alternative options. Even with my Medicare blue card, they didn’t seem to know anything. It’s fine if you donot know, but it's unacceptable to dismiss it as fake medicare card. If you cant find on the system, you have alternative way to help. This has been my worst experience ever!
