This was my first visit to this gyno office, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The front desk girl and coordinator Merri was efficient and kind. The nurse and ultrasound tech were both incredibly kind and reassuring, which helped ease any nerves I had. The moment i walked into the facility i felt awkward. Front girls greeted me and asked for my ID and they started discussing that i dont look like my id pic and that my nose seems different. R u serious?? Few other staff were there and looking at me like smth wrong wt me. Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind, patient, and wonderful!!!! Going to the doctor is never fun, but the entire staff (front desk, nurses, Dr. Vorobyeva) makes you feel safe and comfortable, and Dr. Vorobyeva really cares about providing the best and most thorough care for patients.
